Vanaf 1 juli is er weer een kamer vrij in Borgerhout. Ons huis telt in totaal vier slaapkamers, we delen de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes maar er zijn twee ruime keuke, twee badkamers, drie toiletten, ... dus voldoende ruimte en privacy voor iedereen.

De kamer is op de eerste verdieping aan de achterzijde van het huis (zicht op het westen), rustig gelegen, de laminaatvloer en ramen (triple glas) zijn recent vernieuwd. Indien gewenst kan de kamer bemeubeld verhuurd worden (bed, kleerkast, ...).

De huur is €550 per maand , de maandelijkse kosten worden geraamd op €75 per maand (dit is gas, elektriciteit, water, internetaansluiting, vuilnisophaal en maandelijkse poets van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes). De inkomhal is gigantisch, dus plaats zat voor je fiets.

Starting the 1st of July, we will have a new room available in Borgerhout. You can live in a spacious shared house: there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, so plenty of private space.

The available room is on the first floor at the backside of the house (facing West). There have been renovations: new floor and windows (triple glazing) during the past year. If you want, you can use the furniture that is present (bed, wardrobe, ...) or we can move it out of the room so you can bring your own if you want (or Kringwinkel is just closeby).

Rent is €550 per month + an estimate of about €75 per month for utilities (gas, electricity, water, wifi, garbage disposal and monthly cleaning of the shared spaces) The entrance is huge, so everybody can park their bicycle safely inside. Second kitchen on the top floor (omg!)

Bus stop is closeby, Borgerhout City Hall is closeby, hairdressers and supermarket closeby, hiking mountains are far sadly far away. But all the rest is conveniently here.
