Wij zijn een familie met 2 kids en wij verhuren een bemeubelde studio op de 2de verdieping van ons huis, in een rustige straat in de buurt van het Atomium (Lakensestraat in 1853 Grimbergen). Alles is voorzien, enkel handdoeken en lakens (140cm) nog zelf mee te brengen. Korte en lange termijn huur mogelijk; flexibel op te zeggen (een maand opzegperiode) na 3 maanden minimum huur periode. Het studio is voor 1 persoon. Sorry, GEEN DOMICILIËRING noch huisdieren mogelijk. Binnen roken kan helaas niet. De buurt is heel rustig en heeft een goede tramverbinding naar Brussel. Op 25 min ben je in hartje Brussel. Ook luchthaven Zaventem, Heysel en UZ Brussel goed bereikbaar met de bus. Op 3 min. van oprit E40 (ring) en A19 richting Antwerpen. Gratis parkeerplaats op straat. Bakker, supermarkten, restaurants en cultureel centrum op wandelafstand.

We are a family with 2 kids and we rent our furnished studio, located on 2nd floor of our house. We are living in a quiet street close to the Atomium landmark (Lakensestraat in 1853 Grimbergen). Everything is available, you only would need to bring towels and bed sheets. You can rent short or long term, however minimum 3 months. The studio can be canceled with 1 month notice periode from either party. The studio is for 1 person only, no couples or  roomates allowed. Also smoking and pets are not allowed, sorry. Please notice that you CANNOT register yourself on this address.

Conncetions to Brussels city center are good, reachable via tram no.3 within 25 minutes or via bus. Within 3 min you are on the highway E40 (ring) or A19 direction Antwerp. Parking is free of charge on the street. Supermarkets, restaurants are in walking distance.
