Cause living alone is not living to the fullest... (& you're pretty much fucked if you're single and want to buy a house  )

I've learned that I'm the best version of myself when I'm surrounded by (many) other people and when I can share my life, not (necessarily) in romantic ways 

That's why I would like to open the house I bought with my ex-girlfriend up to another person, a couple or maybe even more people (there's possibilities to put a small extra living compartment such as a tiny house in the garden).

I owe now half of a great ecological house, built in 2010 in a green garden surrounded by trees in a very quiet residential area in Heikant, Rotselaar. The other half of the house is for sale and is to my humble opinion a superb investment (due to a pre-war/inflation interest rate of sub 1% ).

About me: I'm very VERY social, open-minded, sportive, extravert and I may hope intellectual. I'm 24/7 accompanied by my lovely Golden Retriever Julien and i'm always busy on one or another project (trying to find my place in the world, strongly disagreeing with the rat race, but so very much part of it... )

I'm not the easiest of persons to live with cause I'm not very focused, tend to forget a lot and sometimes do not take in account my environment. But I do consider myself a good being and I strive towards becoming the best version of myself (with many ups and downs).

I prefer to be surrounded by strong people who know what they want, who are independent, but sociable. I prefer not to live with people who are too hippie or esoteric. Don't get me wrong: yoga and physical & mental wellbeing is super-important, but so is balance .

Oh btw: pets are obviously very welcome.

ABOUT THE FINANCIAL ASPECT: Half of the house is for sale. The loan of my ex (and mine) equals € 942 per month. So that's something that can not be overcome. It's not negotiable, except if you own KBC. I can not take the whole house on myself, so I'm looking for someone who wants to make this kind of financial commitment. In the loan, there's also a renovation budget included: the bathroom and first floor need a facelift (but all the plans are already made and it looks beautiful!). There's two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor and the livingroom with kitchen and a big stockroom on the groudfloor. In the garden, there's the possibility to put an extra unit of 15x4 m2, but that would need extra funding and/or extra people.

BTW: also very open to look into other co-living options where we can invest with more people!
