🌿 Over het appartement & de kamer:

• Sfeer: een licht appartement met een rustige, serene sfeer.
• De kamer: wordt onbemeubeld verhuurd. Je brengt zelf je matras/tatami, bedlinnen, een wasrek en eventueel een compacte bureau mee. Keukengereedschap is beschikbaar.
• Minimalisme & allergieën: omdat ik allergisch ben aan tapijten en gesteld ben op rust en orde, is het appartement minimalistisch ingericht. Hoe minder spullen en hoe mooier de spullen, hoe beter!
• Praktisch: internet aanwezig (voor normaal gebruik). Schoenen worden binnenshuis niet gedragen.

🙋‍♀️ Wie ben ik? Ik werk fulltime en ben gesteld op eerlijke communicatie en op mijn privacy. Ik ben een vroege vogel (ochtendmens) en start mijn dagen graag in alle rust. Soms gebruik ik de woonkamer om cursussen te geven. Daarnaast mediteer ik regelmatig; op die momenten is het sowieso heerlijk stil in huis. Ik houd van heldere communicatie en van absolute eerlijkheid.

🔍 Wie zoek ik? Ik zoek een stabiele, emotioneel volwassen huisgenote met een vaste fulltime job, die net als ik houdt van een sereen en stressvrij leven:

• Ritme: je bent graag ook een ochtendmens, werkt fulltime buitenshuis en hebt een gelijkaardig dagritme.
• Leven in huis: je rookt niet, je gebruikt geen drugs en alcohol neem je niet mee naar huis. Het appartement is een rustplek: feestjes of partners die blijven slapen passen hier niet, een vriendin uitnodigen kan uiteraard wel.
• Koken & voeding: je bereidt graag gezonde voeding voor jezelf. Ik leef zelf volgens exact dezelfde waarden en uit ervaring weet ik dat samenwonen heel aangenaam is onder gelijkgestemden :)
• Communicatie: je bent proper, netjes, respectvol naar mijn materiaal en communicatief eerlijk en rechtlijnig (dit ben ik zelf ook). Als er iets is, pak je gewoon de telefoon of bespreken we dit onderling rechtstreeks.

💰 Praktische info & prijs:

• Periode: beschikbaar vanaf heden. Kortere termijn is bespreekbaar in onderling overleg.
• Huurprijs: € 650 per maand (alles inclusief: water, gas, elektriciteit, internet voor normaal gebruik). Je deelt het appartement enkel met mij.
• Extra: Eenmalig € 650 waarborg (die je terugkrijgt bij vertrek) + € 50 voor de sleutel. Er wordt een onderling huurcontract opgesteld.
• Belangrijk: Domicilie plaatsen is niet mogelijk en huisdieren zijn helaas niet welkom.

Are you a calm, independent woman who loves a clean, minimalist environment? Are you looking for a beautiful room? Then this room in my spacious apartment might be the perfect match for you!

🌿 About the apartment & the room:

• Atmosphere: the apartment is bright and has a very peaceful atmosphere.
• The room: it is rented unfurnished. You will need to bring your own mattress/tatami, bed linen, a drying rack, and a compact desk if needed. All kitchen items are available.
• Minimalism & allergies: because I am allergic to carpets and value peace and order, the apartment has a minimalist interior. The fewer items and the more beautiful they are, the better!
• Practical info: high-speed internet is available for normal use. We do not wear shoes inside the house.

🙋‍♀️ About me: I work full-time and highly value honest communication and privacy. I am an early bird (morning person) and like to start and finish my days in peace. Occasionally, I use the living room to host courses. I also meditate regularly, during which times the house is wonderfully quiet. I love life, good communication and honesty.

🔍 Who am I looking for? I am looking for a stable, emotionally mature female flatmate with a steady full-time job, who shares my desire for a serene and stress-free home:

• Rhythm: you are preferably a morning person, working full-time outside the home and sharing a similar daily routine.
• Life at home: you are a non-smoker, you don't use any drugs, and you don't bring alcohol into the house. The apartment is a place of rest: parties or overnight partners do not fit here. Hosting a friend is perfectly fine, as long as it takes place in the comfort of your own place.
• Cooking & food: you enjoy preparing healthy food for yourself. It's great to have similar values when living together :)
• Communication: you are clean, tidy, respectful of my material, and honestly communicative and straightforward (I am all of this myself). If something comes up, we easily pick up the phone or discuss it openly and directly.

💰 Practical details & price:

• Period: available from today onwards. A shorter term can be discussed by mutual agreement.
• Rent: €650 per month (all-inclusive: water, gas, electricity, internet for normal use).
• Extra: A one-time fee of €50 for the key and a €650 deposit (returned to you when you leave). We will sign a mutual contract.
• Important: Official registration (domicile/residency) is not possible. Pets are not allowed.
