💫 My Story

Hi, my name is Cindy Vranken. I’m a serial entrepreneur, sales mentor and revealer of truth.
I’ve lived here since 2016 and became the proud owner in 2022.

I share this property with my 24-year-old daughter Kimya, who is disabled and stays here two weeks each month while attending full daycare.
She brings incredible love and light to this place. We live in a separate bungalow on the same property.

The truth is: this house is too big for us alone.
Maintenance is heavy, yet the potential is enormous.

Over the years I have hosted powerful workshops and retreats, and every time people have felt the transformative energy of this land.

Last year I experimented with co-housing, it was an adventure, full of lessons.

Now, with clarity and intention, I know exactly who I want to welcome.

From December 1st, I am opening the doors again to leaders who are truly ready to live in truth.

👤 Who We Are Looking For

We welcome conscious, mature leaders (preferably 40+) who:

• are financially stable and grounded;

• value open communication and respect;

• are willing to contribute about 1h/week in and around the house (e.g. gardening, mowing the lawn, pruning, small tasks);

• love cross-pollination: inspiring, empowering and building together;

• value tidiness, peace, clarity, and growth.

• have green fingers, handy man or handy woman ( is a huge asset) 

💡 Do you run a business?

We can discuss using the house for retreats or workshops.

🚫 Who This Is Not For

• Smokers, drug users, or excessive alcohol drinkers.

• Nitpickers, drama seekers, gossipers, party animals.

• People living in scarcity or distrust.

💎 Financial Conditions

• Rent: €690 / month for the single rooms ( 15m2)  Rent for the double room:  €790 / month

• Fixed contribution for utilities: €150 / month ( based on 4 residents)→ no surprises

• 2 months deposit required

• Included: high-speed internet, fire & contents insurance, weekly cleaning lady

• Excludes monthly joined cost for toilet paper, dish washer, soap, kitchen paper.

• Garden work (mowing/pruning) is shared responsibility

• Minimum contract: 1 year, official registration (domicile)
