Looking for roommate in big apartment with big roof terrace NEXT to Josphatpark! 01/04/2021

Looking for a nice, social and clean roommate (age between 25-45) to enter a fabulous big apartment on the 3rd floor (building of 1930 and same style) NEXT to Josaphatpark (south) with amazing view on the park! 150m2, for April 1, 2021! : 3 bedrooms (1 smaller one), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 big salon, 1 big living room (next to salon, open), 1 small balcony, 1 very big (almost full etage) and beautiful sharing roof terrace on 8th floor with 360 view over the park and Brussels! (12 apartments in building). Unfurnitured and no curtains, but I have some furniture, not everything. So yours is more then welcome too! Contract extendable 3 years contract (1st year not possible to end or paying the full year, 2nd and 3rd year 3 months notice + one month claim unless you find another replacer, aprooved by owner and stayer) 650 euro per month all costs and resources included (gas, water, electricity, mazout, internet, maintenance building). Deposit 2 months (1300 euro). 1 time cost 150euro (1/3 of full price) for fire insurance and place discription when you enter and 1 time cost 500euro if you leave to pay to the one that stays for a new contract and new place description (full price).
