Ik ben Cindy Vranken, ondernemer en mentor in bewustzijn en High Frequency Sales™. Ik kocht deze bijzondere hoeve in 2022.

Ik woon hier samen met mijn speciale dochter Kimya (25) , die 2 weken per maand hier verblijft. Tijdens de week verblijft ze in Alvinnenberg, een dagcentrum in Leuven.
Zij brengt veel warmte, zachtheid en liefde in huis.

Kimya beschikt over een PGB-budget. Daardoor is het eventueel mogelijk dat bewoners via deeleconomie enkele betaalde uren opnemen rond ondersteuning of aanwezigheid.
Dit gebeurt steeds volledig in onderling overleg en is absoluut geen verwachting of verplichting.
 

We zoeken geen puur “praktische” cohousing, maar eerder mensen die bewust kiezen voor een rustige en respectvolle leefomgeving.
 

👤 Wie We Zoeken

We verwelkomen bewuste, volwassen leiders, pioniers, ondernemers (bij voorkeur 40+) die:

• financieel stabiel, werkend en gegrond zijn;
• open communicatie en respect waarderen;
• bereid zijn om respectvol om te gaan met het huis. 
• houden van kruisbestuiving: inspireren, bekrachtigen en samen bouwen;
• waarde hechten aan netheid, rust, helderheid en groei;
• groene vingers of handige skills hebben (een grote troef!)
   

💡 Heb je een eigen zaak?

We kunnen bespreken om het huis te gebruiken voor retraites of workshops.
 

🚫 Niet Voor Jou Als Je:

• rookt, drugs gebruikt of overmatig alcohol drinkt;
• houdt van drama, roddel of feestgedrag;
• leeft vanuit schaarste of wantrouwen.
   

💎 Financiële Voorwaarden

• Huurprijs: €690/maand voor een eenpersoonskamer (15 m²)
• Dubbele kamer: €790/maand
• Vaste bijdrage nutsvoorzieningen: €110/maand (gebaseerd op 4 bewoners) → geen verrassingen 
• Waarborg: 2 maanden huur
• Inbegrepen: snel internet, brand- en inboedelverzekering, wekelijkse schoonmaak 4-8 uur
• Minimumcontract: 1 jaar, met officiële domiciliëring mogelijk
   

🐾 Belangrijk

Er wonen reeds 2 katten en 1 kleine hond in het huis.
Omwille van de harmonie zijn extra huisdieren niet mogelijk.

My name is Cindy Vranken, entrepreneur and mentor in consciousness and High Frequency Sales™. I bought this special farmhouse in 2022.

I live here together with my "special" daughter Kimya (25), who stays here two weeks per month. During weekdays she stays at Alvinnenberg, a daycare center in Leuven.

She brings a lot of warmth, softness and love into this home.

Kimya has a personal care budget (PGB). Because of this, residents may optionally take on a few paid support hours through the sharing economy.

This is always based on mutual agreement and is absolutely never an expectation or obligation.

We are not looking for purely “practical” cohousing.
We are looking for people who consciously choose a peaceful and respectful living environment.

👤 Who We Are Looking For

We welcome conscious adults, leaders, pioneers and entrepreneurs (preferably 40+) who are:

• financially stable, grounded and working
• respectful and open in communication
• willing to treat the house with care and respect
• inspired by mutual support, growth and connection
• valuing cleanliness, peace, clarity and growth
• handy or good with gardening/home maintenance (a big plus)

💡 Do you have your own business?

We are open to discussing the use of the house for retreats or workshops.

🚫 This is not for you if you:

• smoke, use drugs or drink excessively
• enjoy drama, gossip or party lifestyles
• live from scarcity or distrust

• Single room (15m²): €690/month
• Double room: €790/month
• Fixed utilities contribution: €110/month (based on 4 residents) → no surprises
• Deposit: 2 months rent

🐾 Important

There are already 2 cats and 1 small dog living in the house.
To maintain harmony, additional pets are unfortunately not possible.
