We are still looking for one new person for cohousing at our lovely house in Waversebaan 189 starting on March 1. The house is shared by four people: we have four bedrooms and the shared common space includes: a small office room, a big living room, a kitchen, a garage, and a cute little garden where we have our barbecues! The contract is of 1 year (extendable) and unfortunately, this is only available for people working or Ph.D. students.

Location: The house is located at Waversebaan 189 in Heverlee, very near to the Arenberg castle and the KU Leuven campus Arenberg. Leuven center and Leuven station are both 10 minutes on a bike or on a bus, there are two bus stops right outside the house. Heverlee station is a 5-minute walk.

The room: The available room is on the second floor and costs around 400 Euros per month. With all the utilities: the bills for gas, electricity, water, internet, and a person that cleans the whole house once a week (the best part!), it sums up to around 560 Euros.

About us:
Gianluca: 31-year-old Italian engineer, currently a postdoctoral researcher at IMEC. Interested in football, music, motorsports, and contemporary art. Usually found cooking his pasta al Tonno and watching Inter Milan matches.
Soham: 25-year-old Indian mathematician, currently a Ph.D. student at KU Leuven. Interested in traveling, concerts, rock music, and photography. Usually found playing his guitar or watching videos of cats on Instagram.
Cindy: 24-year-old Belgian lawyer. Always eager to discover new people, places, and sports and is always down for trying something new!

We are looking for someone who is easygoing and social, likes to participate in fun activities together, and at the same time respects the space and privacy of others in a co-housing.
