We zoeken 4 mensen die willen co-housen gedurende die 5 maanden.

This fully furnitured and equiped, big house is soon available for 4 people. The 4 bedrooms are bright and there's a little garden and terrace facing south. Situated in a very quiet street in Sint-Amandsberg, with the bike you get in 4 min to Gent-Dampoort train station and in 10 min to Gent center. Supermarket, bakery, pubs, swimming pool and big park right behind the corner. Rental price is 400 euro/person/month (excl utilities). Deposit is twice the rental price.

Dit bemeubelde huis is uitgerust voor vier bewoners. De slaapkamers zijn lichtrijk en er is een zuidgericht tuintje met terras. Het is gelegen in een rustige straat in Sint-Amandsberg. Het is vier minuten fietsen van station Gent Dampoort en 10 minuten naar het centrum. Een supermarkt, bakker, cafeetjes en groot park liggen om de hoek. De huur is 400 euro per persoon per maand (excl. EGW). De waarborg bedraagt tweemaal de huur.
