A rental house in wonderful Linkebeek is looking for 3 adults to share from November.

Linkebeek is a hidden gem: with a healthy, magical forest & village vibe, 10 minutes from Brussels by train! 
Active SEL (service exchange network), local organic vegetables & flower picking garden, 4 restaurants, bakery, 3 cafés, Proxy supermarket, library, Ferme Holleken and GC De Moellie offer leisure & cultural acitivies.

TRANSPORT
Our house is a 11 min lush walk from the station.
Direct train connections to BxL (10-20min), Antwerp (1h), Leuven (1h). 
In BxL, one train serves the EU-neighborhoods (13 min) as well as Evere, Etterbeek,... The other train runs Midi-Central-North. 
There is an MIVB nightbus and busses to supermarkets, Coovi-Ikea-subway, Uccle.

PRICE
Linkebeek is an expensive place to live, we can try to negociate with the landlady. 
2200 euros/month plus amenities (gas, electricity, water, wifi, cleaning person).
So that would be divided by three. 
The owner asks for a warrant. 

TWO AVAILABLE OPTIONS:

A - master bedroom with spacious build-in wardrobe and large mirror. Private bathroom with shower, sink and cupboards (no WC).  Wooden floor, window overlooking the garden

B - 2 rooms (so you can have a bedroom and a work/chill private space) with wooden floor, build in cupboard and lots of light. Private bathroom with bath, double sink and cupboards (no WC).

SHARED SPACES
- small garden with 2 terraces
- a spacious, airy living room, with kitchen
- 2 WCs
- laundry roomette with washing machine
- to be discussed: a shared space for meditation, yoga, dance, coworking, laundry,...

- Awake person, willing to apply NVC and Budhist speech
- No smoking, no spike protein, only occasional alcohol
- A calm, cuddly dog is most welcome. No nervous barkers please.
- Each living her.his life. Common activities, f.e. meditation, yoga, dance, food, movie or workspace sharing,... could flow organically.
