Huis in Kardinaalstraat zoekt een nieuwe huisgenoot! (English below)

Ik vertrek uit onze cohousing in de Kardinaalstraat in Leuven; de kamer is onmiddellijk beschikbaar: een ruime kamer op de tweede verdieping met groot dakraam en een lavabo (enkel koud water).

Het is een groot huis: er is een grote living, een goed uitgeruste keuken, een badkamer (bad en douche), 2 toiletten en vier slaapkamers. Tijdens de zomer is het heerlijk vertoeven in ons klein stadstuintje. In de berging staat ook een wasmachine.

We wonen op wandelafstand van de Colruyt, de Lidl en de Action, in centrum Leuven, in de buurt van Sint-Maartensdal.

Onze manier van samenwonen is redelijk chill; ieder doet zijn ding, gaat en staat waar hij wilt.

Ik ben op zoek naar iemand die mijn kamer overneemt en die wanneer hij/zij thuis is zich ook thuis voelt en wat deelneemt aan het huishouden. Bij voorkeur iemand die werkt of doctoreert, maar nog jong is van geest.

De huur inclusief alle vaste kosten (algemene kosten, internet,…) bedraagt 430 euro, domiciliëring heeft de voorkeur.

House in Kardinaalstraat is looking for a new roommate!

I am leaving our cohousing in the Kardinaalstraat in Leuven; the room is immediately available: a spacious room on the second floor with a large skylight and a sink (cold water only).

It is a large house: there is a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (bath and shower), 2 toilets and four bedrooms. During the summer it is wonderful to relax in our small city garden. There is also a washing machine in the storage room.

We live within walking distance of Colruyt, Lidl and Action, in the center of Leuven, near Sint-Maartensdal.

Our way of living together is pretty chill; everyone does their thing, goes where they want.

I am looking for someone to take over my room and who participates in the household. Preferably someone who works or is doing a PhD, but is still young at heart.

The rent including all fixed costs (utilities, internet, ...) is 430 euros, direct debit is preferred.
