Due to personal loss I am trying to change my living atmosphere.

I (m, 40 y.o.) might soon be leaving my current flat, but as for now I would like to make my spare room available.

Rent is not required. However, I prefer to host someone with limited resources.

If you would still like to make a contribution, we will donate it to a charity of my choosing.

You definately need to be clean, polite and become friends with my disabled cat.

The room is unfurnished except for a couch. The books wil be removed.

Located near Dampoort station. 3th floor, no elevator.
