Short term furnished apartment available in Brussels: +- 10 months (April 2026 - December 2026): It might be prolonged

I am looking for a trustworthy, quiet person who likes plants.

- Price: 985 euro + monthly costs (80 maintenance building, stairway cleaning, ...; 175 electricity, heating and water; 45 internet and digital television) = 1285 euro all costs included

- Dates: April 1 - December 31, 2026 (dates might be flexible)

- Location: Close to the centre and a 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Elisabeth park. The place is located in a quiet street (not many cars) with easy access to metro, bus and tram: METRO Simonis (5 minutes walk)

- No domiciliation possible

The living room consists in an open kitchen, a working space and a welcoming couch. The sleeping room has a cozy sitting area with a window to the backyard, so no street noise. There is an extra little room to relax or be creative; plus a small balcony to sit outside.

The apartment has enough storage space, a washing machine, towels, bedsheets, kitchen equipments, ... available so you just have to drop your luggage.

Of course there is Wifi and digital television.

Ps: Deposit 2000 euro with inventory.
