Wij wonen graag samen, maar we doen ook graag iets voor onszelf. Dit zorgt voor een prettige sfeer in huis en je komt vaak medebewoners tegen zonder dat het te druk wordt. Op dit moment wonen wij samen in Heverlee. Wij zullen op 1 juni naar dit huis verhuizen.

Ons nieuwe huis is gelegen naast het provinciaal domein in Kessel-Lo, op 10 minuten fietsen van het station van Leuven. We delen de eetkamer, keuken, living, badkamer en twee toiletten. Er is veel licht en ruimte, weekendkrant, internet, TV en wasmachine. We beschikken over een kleine, op het zuid-west gerichte tuin. Daarnaast is er een garage en veel opslagruimte in het huis. Om de twee weken organiseren we een etentje met de huisgenoten.

De kamer komt vrij op 1 juni en is een kamer van 13,8 m2.

De huurprijs is €425 plus €90 alle gemeenschappelijke kosten inbegrepen (water, elektriciteit en internet). De huurwaarborg bedraagt 3 maanden naakte huur (huurprijs zonder kosten).

Ben jij enthousiast om er samen met ons iets gezelligs van te maken, laat dan ASAP iets van je horen! We zijn geïnteresseerd in wie jij bent: bv leeftijd, job of studies, interesses, woonverwachtingen, wat je aantrekt om in een gemeenschapshuis te wonen, en wanneer je zou willen verhuizen.

Domicilie is verplicht. Roken is niet toegelaten in huis, dus ook niet in de kamers.

Our group likes to live together, but we also like to do things for ourselves. This creates a pleasant atmosphere in the house and you often meet fellow residents without it becoming crowded. We are cohousing in Heverlee at the moment, and we will be moving on the 1ste on June.

Our new house is located next to 'Provinciaal domein' in Kessel-Lo, 10 minutes by bike from the train station of Leuven. We share the dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and two toilets. There is a lot of light and space, newspaper, internet, TV and washing machine. We have a small garden, facing south-west. The house has a garage and lots of extra space for storage. Every two weeks we try to get together for dinner with the housemates.

The room will be available on the 1st on June and measures 13,8m2.

Rent is €425 plus €90 common costs included (water, electricity and internet). The deposit is 3 months of naked rent (rent without costs).

Every two weeks we all clean part of the house, so that it remains livable. Every two weeks we have dinner together. The rest of the time you can choose to eat alone or with others. Every now and then you can catch your fellow residents playing a board game.
