Heb je goesting om deel uit te maken van een co-housing in centrum Gent? Wij wonen in een groen herenhuis met grote en lichtrijke kamers, ruime gemeenschappelijke delen, 2 badkamers, een stadstuintje en volkstuin op afstand.

Wij zijn een stabiele groep van vijf (eind twintigers en begin dertigers), met ervaring in co-housing en een curiositeit om nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten. Je komt terecht in een warm nest, waar je jouw passies en ideeën binnenbrengt. Je hebt zin voor initiatief, je hebt een creatieve geest en bent nieuwsgierig naar een alternatieve, net iets intensere manier van samenwonen.

We willen van ons huis een thuis maken. Dit doen we via zorg voor elkaar, een passie voor lekker eten, gezelligheid, een hart voor natuur en ecologie, een goede balans tussen samen tijd doorbrengen en je eigen ding doen,... Goede communicatie, engagement en open-mindness maken dit mee mogelijk.

- Huur € 550/maand/1 persoon of € 750/maand/koppel (incl. EGW + internet). 40m2

- Vanaf 1 oktober 2022

- De beschikbare kamer heeft een kleine keuken, atelier of extra (werk)ruimte, mezzanine,..., geschikt voor één of twee personen

Would you like to be part of a co-housing in the center of Gent?

We live in a lovely green house with beautiful and luminous rooms, big shared spaces, two bathrooms, a little garden and an allotment at a distance.

We are a stable group of five (end twenties and early thirties), with a history in co-housing and a curiosity to meet new people. You’ll land in a warm nest, where you can bring your own passions and ideas. You like to take initiative, you’re a creative mind and curious about a more alternative, intense way of living together.

For us turning a house into a home is the most important. This we do through caring for each other, sharing food, creating cosiness, a heart for nature and ecology, finding a balance between spending time together and doing your own thing,... Communication, engagement and open-mindness are key in making this happen.

- Rent € 550/month/1 person or € 750/month/couple (incl. EGW + internet). 40m2

-The available room has a small kitchen, an atelier or extra (work)space, mezzanine,... Suited for one or two people.
