Villa in Kessal lo

Our 4 people villa in Kesal -Lo looking for a replacement for me, as I am leaving the place. Jishnu(Engineer, 29) , Jeron(works with Belgium govt, 32) , and Luca( Engineer, 30) looking for the 4th tenant. we have been co-housing since 2 years together. We are in general active in watching Netflix, walking around( also biking), driving , hiking , home farming, cooking , board games( there is a ton of it to fill the whole living room), table tennis. All of us are working, hence we look for the 4th person working as well ( landlord insist this as well). About the house , it’s an independent house, around 350m2 space , at least 100 m2 of garden , big living room ( 56m2), the bedroom available is 12m2 or 25 m2. One of this room will be set as a common room. House is around 1.5km to the Leuven station.
