Furnished Room: area UZ/Sterre

A furnished studio of 50 m2 will be available from July for 650 euro / month, attached to the same co-housing solution, in "de Pintelaan 124". The studio includes a private kitchen with microwave and a private bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The studio has access also to the washing machine and drier at the ground floor.

The house includes also a furnished dining room, a basement and a spacious sunny garden. Heating and electricity are centralized. Utilities are to be payed separately. Photos available at:

The house hosts 4 inhabitants: the washing machine and the dryer are in a separate toilet and are shared only with three persons.

One of the co-houser has a very well behaved and friendly dog, a belgian sheperd.

We request a proof of income and to place the residence. Therefore it is not suitable for Belgian students, but it is fine for international Erasmus students, or any PhD student or worker (Belgian as well as international).
