We’re looking for a new housemate to join our cozy home and complete our group of five! We are 3 girls and 1 boy, from Iran, South Africa, Germany and Belgium.

Our spacious, fully furnished three-story house in Leuven is ideally located at the Naamsepoort. It’s close to Heverlee, Delhaize, Carrefour Express, a pharmacy, and bus stops that quickly connect you to the city center!

🏠 Layout
Ground floor: entrance hall, small WC, laundry area, living room, dining room, kitchen, garden with a porch.
💗 Your Room: Approx. 18m², bright and street-facing. Available ASAP. The room has a private shower and sink, so no morning bathroom queues! 

Costs:
✅Rent: €700/month (domiciliation required)
✅Deposit: One month’s rent 
✅Utilities: ~€75/month (electricity, gas, water, internet, fire insurance)
Cleaning service: €15/month (every two weeks)

About Us!!
We like spending time together, whether it’s cooking and sharing meals, playing board games, or watching TV.

• A student or working professional, aged 23-35
• Comfortable in an English-speaking household
• Social, responsible and open to hanging out, but also values personal space
