Offer:

- A beautiful and newly renovated house in a quiet one-way street tucked between AZ Sint-Lucas and Gravensteen;

- Lots of natural light;

- Across the street is a large green courtyard;

- Furnished room with a comfortable 180 cm bed, wardrobe, and storage chest. Of course you can put other stuff in there if you want;

- A guest room and office space you’re welcome to use in agreement. This is the room with the green couch, it still needs some work. It's important for me to have an open and welcoming space towards friends & other networks, so if you want to have friends over, this should be possible;

- Big bathroom;

- A small outside area is still a work in progress — if you have ideas for making it greener, cosier, or more functional, they’re more than welcome! I've been wanting to "green it up" and haven't gotten around to it!

- Start time: February/ March - no end date

- Price: €650/ month, all-in (gas, electricity, water, internet).

About me:

- Curious and always learning something new, whether it’s a hobby, a skill, or simply exploring ideas;

- I'm a therapist and facilitator of trauma-informed community care & building;

- I love both active and quiet moments: an adventure in nature, organising (activist) events, a deep conversation, or relaxing with a good book or film;

- I try to keep a home environment that feels calm, friendly, and alive & welcoming at the same time.

Looking for:

- I’d love to share the space with someone who enjoys a friendly and calm home, appreciates both time together and personal space, and is open to good and clear communication. If you care about sustainability and social justice, we’ll probably get along well.

- FLINTA people (v/x/...)

- Someone queer & neurodivergent welcoming & plantbased, as these fit the values I strive for in my home
