Een karaktervolle, gerenoveerde hoeve uit 1919, gelegen in Leefdaal, tussen Leuven, Tervuren en Brussel.
Een plek met geschiedenis, karakter en een bijzondere energie. Volgens de spirituele visie achter het huis ligt deze hoeve op een leylijn die verbonden wordt met Tesla's 369-code van overvloed.
Hier combineren we bewust leven met het comfort van een mooie woning en de vrijheid om je eigen leven te leiden.

🏡 Ruimte en privacy: Een sfeervolle hoeve met grote gemeenschappelijke leefruimtes en een eigen slaapkamer van 15 m².
🌿 Natuur rondom je: Een prachtige tuin van 20 are, grenzend aan beschermd natuurgebied, met fruitbomen, hangmatten en groene vergezichten.

Ik ben Cindy, serial ondernemer, mentor in bewustzijn en High Frequency Sales™ en moeder. Sinds 2022 bouw ik deze bijzondere plek uit tot een thuis waar rust, bewustzijn en persoonlijke vrijheid samenkomen.

Mijn dochter Kimya (25) verblijft hier twee weken per maand. Overdag gaat ze naar een dagcentrum. Ze brengt haar eigen warmte, zachtheid en spontaniteit in huis.

Dirk (65) is onze andere huisgenoot. Hij werkt als SAS programmeur deels op kantoor en thuis, is maatschappelijk betrokken, milieubewust en heel actief als vrijwilliger.

We hebben ieder ons eigen leven, onze eigen bezigheden en ons eigen ritme.

We genieten van fijne gesprekken, een warme sfeer en spontane ontmoetingen, maar respecteren evengoed elkaars behoefte aan privacy.

Je hoeft hier niet voortdurend samen te zijn. Je mag vooral jezelf zijn.
 

💫 Wie zoeken we?

We hebben vanaf 1 februari plek voor één nieuwe huisgenoot, man of vrouw, bij voorkeur 40+.

Iemand die:

• Zelfstandig, volwassen en financieel stabiel is.
• Bewust leeft en openstaat voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
• Respectvol en helder communiceert, ook wanneer meningen verschillen.
• Netheid, rust en duidelijke afspraken vanzelfsprekend vindt.
• Graag samenwoont, maar ook een eigen leven en interesses heeft.
• Zorgzaam omgaat met het huis, de natuur, de dieren en de andere bewoners.
• Positief in het leven staat en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het eigen welzijn.

Of je nu werknemer, ondernemer, zelfstandige of actief gepensioneerd bent, je beroep is niet bepalend. Je houding en levensstijl zijn dat wel.

Groene vingers of handige handen zijn een extra troef!
 

We zoeken geen perfecte persoon. Wel iemand met zelfinzicht, emotionele volwassenheid en respect voor gedeelde ruimtes. 
Rokers, mensen die drugs gebruiken of overmatig alcohol drinken zijn niet welkom hier. 

 

🌟 Meer dan wonen?

Ben je zelfstandig ondernemer en organiseer je workshops, sessies of retraites?

Dan bespreken we graag welke mogelijkheden het huis eventueel biedt, mits duidelijke afspraken.

Er bestaat ook een vrijblijvende mogelijkheid om via een officieel systeem betaald ondersteuning te bieden aan mijn dochter Kimya.
Dit is volledig optioneel en staat los van de huurovereenkomst.

🔑 Waarborg: €1.380

📄 Contract: 1 jaar, officiële domiciliëring mogelijk.

🐾 Er wonen ook een kat en een kleine chihuahua. Andere huisdieren zijn bespreekbaar, op voorwaarde dat alle dieren goed samenleven.

We zoeken een niet-roker. Drugsgebruik en overmatig alcoholgebruik passen niet bij onze leefomgeving.

💛 Who lives here?

I'm Cindy, an entrepreneur, consciousness mentor and mother.

Since purchasing this farmhouse in 2022, I've been creating a home that brings together conscious living, personal freedom and a warm, respectful atmosphere.

My daughter Kimya (25) stays here two weeks each month. During weekdays, she attends a day centre. She brings warmth, kindness and spontaneity into our home.

Our other housemate is Dirk (65). He works as a SAS programmer, cares deeply about the environment and is actively involved in volunteer work.

We all have our own lives, interests and routines.

We enjoy meaningful conversations and spontaneous moments together, while respecting everyone's need for privacy.

You don't have to spend all your time together. You have the freedom to be yourself.

💫 Who are we looking for?

We have space for one new housemate, male or female, preferably aged 40 or above.

Someone who:

• Is independent, mature and financially stable.
• Lives consciously and values personal growth.
• Communicates openly, honestly and respectfully.
• Appreciates cleanliness, peace and clear agreements.
• Enjoys shared living while maintaining their own life and interests.
• Treats the home, nature, animals and fellow residents with care.
• Takes responsibility for their own wellbeing. 

Whether you're an employee, entrepreneur, self-employed professional or active retiree, your profession doesn't define your suitability. Your attitude and lifestyle matter most.

Gardening skills or practical DIY experience are a welcome bonus.

We're not looking for perfection. We're looking for emotional maturity, self-awareness and mutual respect. We don’t welcome smokers, people who use drugs or excessive alcohol. 

 

🌟 More than a place to live?

If you're an entrepreneur, coach or therapist interested in organising workshops or retreats, we are open to discussing possibilities by mutual agreement.

There is also an optional opportunity to provide paid support for my daughter Kimya through an official arrangement.

This is entirely voluntary and separate from the rental agreement.

📄 Contract: One year, with official address registration permitted.

🐾 We also share our home with a cat and a small Chihuahua. Additional pets are negotiable, provided they get along well with the existing animals.

We are looking for a non-smoker. Drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are not compatible with our home environment.
